Terms

GameWatch is free to use. To make an account you need to be 13 or older, or older if your country sets a higher age for signing up to online services. Keep your password to yourself: you're responsible for what happens on your account.

Please don't post anything illegal, hateful or harassing, spam, other people's private details, or things you don't have the right to share, and don't scrape the site or flood it with automated requests. We may remove posts, or suspend accounts, that break these rules.

Your reviews, guides, lists and messages stay yours. Posting them lets GameWatch show them on the site and in previews of its pages, like link cards. You can delete them, or your whole account, from the site whenever you like.

Only post what's yours to share. If something on GameWatch copies your work without permission, email goatedstudiosofficial@gmail.com with:

• the work being copied, and a link to where it is on GameWatch;
• your name, address, phone number and email;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't allowed by you, your agent or the law, and that, under penalty of perjury, your message is accurate and you own the work or may act for its owner;
• your signature (typing your full name counts).

We take reported posts down promptly and tell whoever posted them. If yours was taken down by mistake, email us which post it was, your name, address, phone number and email, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake. Add that you accept the jurisdiction of the US federal court for where you live (or for where we are, if you live outside the US) and will accept legal papers from whoever reported it, and sign it. We pass it on and can restore the post 10 to 14 working days later, unless they tell us they've gone to court. Accounts that keep posting other people's work are closed.

Game details, prices, release dates and news come from other services and can be wrong or out of date, and deals can end at any moment. Check the store before you buy. GameWatch doesn't sell games: you buy from the store, under the store's own terms.

GameWatch is run with care, but it comes as it is: we can't promise it's always up, always right, or that a deal is still there when you click. As far as the law allows, GameWatch isn't liable for losses from using it, and never for more than you've paid it in the last 12 months. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

If these terms change in a way that matters, the site will say so before the change applies. The date at the top shows the last update. How your data is handled is in the privacy page.
